Development plans for Epstein's personal tropical island included in the released materials.
Additionally contained in this new document drop appears to be a property layout for Great St James island, found in the Caribbean US territory.
The financier bought a more modest island - Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but acquired the more expansive Great St James in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
These photos suggest he had formulated plans to build upon the 161-acre island by building living quarters, an amphitheatre, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.
You can see the plan is a channel, a waterway in the US Virgin Islands, marked on the south-eastern section.
The architectural drawing is annotated in handwritten red notes and includes a notes section detailing various parts of the property.
Accompanying the main plan are what seem to be an additional nine property layouts and engineering blueprints, including designs for dock shelters.
Further documentation disclosed as part of the continuing investigative release.
